1. Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order or want more information on a product?

2. Can I return my item if I have chosen the wrong one?

  • Yes. If the item is its original condition and packaging, you can return the item via Post within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Why are your prices cheaper? Are these genuine products?

  • All our products, unless stated, are 100% Genuine. We are able to offer competitive pricing thanks to our lean operation model and our supplier relationships. All our products are covered with a standard 12 months Australian warranty.

1. How long does it take to deliver?

  • Express shipping - 1-3 business days
  • Free shipping - Usually 2-7 business days

2. How long does it take to dispatch?

  • We dispatch all products within 1 business day. No if's and but's!

3. Which courier do you use to send my parcel?

  • We use the gamut of reputable couriers operating in Australia, including AusPost, StarTrack, FastWay, Sendle etc. We choose the couriers with the most cost/time effective solution for your needs

4. How much does it cost for shipping?

  • We offer free standard shipping Australia wide
  • Express shipping in Australia is $15
  • International shipping - please send us a message

5. Is local pickup available?

  • Yes, local pickup from Rochedale South, QLD is available on all our products. Please let us know if you intend to pickup and we will arrange accordingly.
